So do I, but they are very rare and they aren't allowed to have it either.

I wish it still existed. The last server I joined with side chat had everyone in the server chatting in side chat as they drove around picking each other up in a bus having fun.

Side chat should be enabled. Helping player interaction helps tension and fun factor. IMHO.
