Need help with running Arma 2 on Steam

I downloaded the pack on Steam, "Arma ll: Combined Operations" I believe it's called..

It lets me run Arma 2, but I can't run Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead.. it gives me these errors when I try to run it.

Yes, I ran Arma 2 to the main menu, even started the campaign.

Those are the two errors I get.. PLEASE help me!

Try "validating the integrity of your game cache". In your library, right click on operation arrowhead and select properties; it's in there somewhere!

Ran Steam as admin, still says bad serial number.

It says to run the game as Admin? How do you do that? I right click it and I see no admin option.

Put a shortcut on my desktop, still no option for admin.

Tried doing that also, there was still 1 file in the folder at the end when there was supposed to be 4.

He said to check mark all the boxes when you edit the user, and all the boxes were checked, so I couldn't change anything.
