Can not connect after upgrading through DayZ Commander

I have updated both the ARMA II patch and the DayZ patch. When I click on both of those options for showing servers I'm told I have the wrong client information and I can not connect to any servers. So I deleted everything and re-installed ARMA II through Steam and everything was working fine through Six Launcher. Broke my leg and I was trying to get some help through Reddit/Rescue Force and was told I had to update through DayZ commander and get to a new server for help. So I re-updated the fresh copy and get the same can not connect message. When I try to use Six Launcher I get stuck in an infinite load loop. I would like to learn what is going wrong with DayZ commander because I hear this is the superior product to use when looking for servers.

So as it stands I'm updated with the brand new DayZ commander and both the mod and game at the newest patch.

So you were at 1.7.2.4 until you were told to update to 1.7.2.5 using DayZ Commander? Make sure you're connecting to 1.7.2.5 servers, because connecting to lower version servers with the newest patch is known to cause long loading times and possible respawning on the beach. If you're not even making it to a loading screen, I would take these steps:

1.) Uninstall Operation Arrowhead, and make sure the entire folder is gone, because the DayZ install will probably remain

2.) Reinstall Operation Arrowhead. When it's done, launch it once and exit out

3.) Download DayZ Commander and do all the necessary updates through there.

@Swank: I did the same as you too all to no avail, i even got hold off Play withSix but doesn't work either well for me and have now been stuck on the loading screen for over 3hrs, normally after ten mins i get this msg >> This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff.

I haven't been able to join any servers for 9days now. Tbh think ill give up and go back to Blackops at least that works.

Where do I find the DayZ folder in my Steam folders? I did a total re-install but I did notice when I got back on Operation Arrowhead before I ran commander that it already had DayZ on the menu. Thank you for the help!

@swank, yea when they work m8 they're brill but when they don't it's a pain in the ass lol

Steam folder should look like this m8.
