Performance issue (appeared over night :/)

Ok so I have been playing DayZ just fine for the past 3 weeks or something, I logged out last night no problems, computer running fine, game running fine (on lowest settings !).

However, logging in today it is really laggy. Like a terrible fps of about 0.5-1 fps. I am out of town as well. I tried defrag disk, restarting computer, checking processes, etc. but cant work out what it could be. I also loaded up a training mission in Arma 2:OA, and it's running fine.

Anybody got any ideas what could have happened? I haven't changed anything since last night at all! Much appreciated.

Could it be an internet issue since you're out of town?
