BattleEye kicks me, High Ping

Hey,

My problem is that i get kicked by battleeye cause of high ping. In menu when i choose server it shows a ping between 70-120ms. In lobby its the same my ping is between 70-120. After spawning my ping gets after some seconds up to 400-500ms and i get kicked by battleeye.

I already updated battleeye (new dlls) and i have the newest beta patch. I stopped my antivir program (avast) but nothing helps.

I hope someone can help me.
