Help with dual accounts and dual computers

Recommended Posts

My boyfriend is a paramedic who works seven days on and seven days off. He has a computer at the station and one at home. But when he logs in at the opposite place, it always kills his character and he starts fresh. Is there a way he can make it so that his character stays no matter where he is?

My buddy and I were struggling with something like this a while back, and we ended up giving up. I would think that if he installed his version of Arma on both computers he would be fine since they would have the same CD key, but I could be wrong.

I don't know if steam is different, but with my dvd and one cd key i can install it on as many pc's as i like, the only thing is that you can not have more then 1 game active on the internet, this will give you the cd key conflict.

Okay. He's having several issues with the game, and I'm wondering if we can just fix his account correct, that it will work properly. Thanks for your help.
