Is anyone else having issues with RCON or BEC after a server shutdown?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

This has happen to me twice already. My dedicated server will be running with BEC, ARMA2 RCon, and this last time with AntiHax. I shutdown the server, BEC, and lastly MySQL. 5 minutes later, when I start my server it comes up fine, but I can not connect with BEC (local) or RCon.

BEC gets stuck at: Requesting login on 127.0.0.1:PORT

RCON: "Could not connect"

The first time this happen I thought I screwed something up, so I backed up MYSQL and reloaded the entire server. This time no changes, shutdown the server then MySQL. Then start it back up.

Any help would be appreciated!

what is mysql for? It is unrelated to BattlEye and arma2oa server.

You should manually download and install BE DLL. Then you should check that BE is started in the RPT and server.log files.

Rcon server is handled by BE, if BE can't start then you won't get any rcon console.

At startup, BE connects to BE servers and try to update itself, maybe you should check for network problems.
