DayZ news from Gamescom

hi guys im at gamescom right now and played arma3.

also talked to one of the devs here and he said that the standalone of dayz would not run on arma3 engine but on a different, kinda arma 2.5 engine. basically they wanna add some features to the arma 2 engine

also they are running dayz 1.7.3 here with dogs. didnt play it but looks meh.

I am sure I have read somewhere that it will be the Arma3 engine with less features. Are you 100% sure about it?
