It could have been chance, but I shot a guy leaving Stary and he disconnected before the bullet hit the ground where he was previously standing. It was at 1,100 meters with an M107.

They started working on it 2 patches ago, since they need more data before they can really build it in.

Right now, every time you disconnect from a server (either legit of ALT-F4) it's stored at the database. The devs are trying to make an algorithm which checks a couple of things to make sure legit disconnects aren't punished for crimes they didn't commit.

So, for now we have to live with the guys who're afraid to die and ALT+F4 every 5 seconds for no reason.

that is not possible as shooting sound comes later than bullet especialy if you were 1100 meters. He could not DC because he hear you shooting

Theres was a attempted fix in a patch.

But that fix created another duping glitch, so Rocket binned the fix.

It's already in Lingor, hate to say but this is because the Russian guys behind Lingor mod are actually coding and not spending their time going to gaming conventions and giving interviews. I hate to see Rocket turn into another Romero.
