with a backpack full of items the character should run more slowly and should also not be able to run infinitely should have something in the style bar for example you stamina runs for 3 minutes without stopping then you should recover your energy to return to racing

sprays

I think the addition of an item that you can draw on walls would be a good idea what would make the game a bit more competitive giving the opportunity for clans to mark their territory clear or spray paint can be a bit hard to find

energetic

energy drinks for when the character is tired, you can drink like a running back also making the gun stop shaking
