Those details aren't always accurate, whether its on purpose or not, I don't know. All I know is a lot of the servers, especially US it seems, have the wrong UTC (or GMT) time offset. They may say +8 but they meant -8, or they may say +2 but its really -5. It is, unfortunately, kind of hit or miss.
