Hitting Trees to get Wood

It will be amazing if you could go into a forest and hit the tree with your hatchet and piles of wood will drop around you :D

1.) With hatchet on toolbet, stand next to tree and right click hatchet in inventory

2.) Get morning wood

Yea you already can, just make sure you are in a forest, you have to have a hatchet on your tool belt and at least 2 spaces of inventory, stand next to a tree In the forest and open your inventory, right clIck on the hatchet in your tool belt and then left click harvest wood, if 2 spaces in your inventory fill up you have done it correctly, if not repeat under different trees in deeper forest.
