Finding a good server problems

Recommended Posts

First just want to say I LOVE this game! Been playing for about a week and having the time of my life!

But I'm having problems finding good servers, meaning ones that when I log in and turn my view, there is no blurring. Im starting to notice that about every server that takes a long time to load has this.

Now I do have 4 servers that I have favorited, after a long slog to find them, but tonight thay have a lot of players on then and I'm trying to find a low pop server. I'm in US and only try US servers. I use the Six launcher. I notice there are yellow, white and gray server names, does this make a difference? I've been using the white names.

Any help would be much appreciated cause spending 30 minutes to find a good server is so annoying.

Thanks!

My server. US 1885 :3

Did not see your server when I searched using name tags, maybe there is a search function Im just not seeing. Also, figured out the different colored names were different versions and seems yellow is most updated, do gonna try them and see if helps.

Edit - Scratch that, just clicked on two yellow servers and got a pop up that they were out of date, no clue.

I had this same issue until I downloaded DayZCommander and used that to upgrade to the newest patch. For some reason Six Updater cannot or will not do it.

Six updater hasn't gotten the newest patch yet, you'll have to update manual or switch to a different program like Day Z Commander in order to play 1.7.2.5.

Can't say much for good servers, I haven't settled in to one yet, but think your issue isn't related to that. Check your video options, your normal ratio and 3D ratio should be the same, otherwise it'll blur.

My 3D resolution was different than my "Interface" resolution, which I assume is what you mean. Changed it and thanks so much for the tip!!!
