THE CHERNO GAMES!!!!

OK everyone, i am Ham The Bacon, me and my friends are overly proud to bring you, THE CHERNO GAMES, i came up with the concept after getting pissed off at every sniper and hacker that would ruin any chance i had at some good old fasioned PVP, so with the help of my friend we brought up a server that has a private hive, and we are pleased to tell you that we have everything we need to start THE CHERNO GAMES!!!!!.

A forenote, if rocket or a staff member is wondering why we are doing this, or has a problem with it, message me about it, i got the idea for this due to the fact that people want real PVP they cant get because of snipers and hackers ect, if i can enforce rules people can have the PVP they want in a controlled environment, if you have a problem with it, im sorry but i have put up with hackers and snipers long enough, this is a good idea and im not letting another good idea go to waste, so back to the action!

So the concept is, two teams of 5 each start on the opposite end of Cherno, and they work as teams to combat the enemy team, there are so far, 3 games to play i will explain this and more as i continue this post, so before you apply to the games, you first must pick which game you are interested in playing, then pick your loadout, now the loadout is the set of items you will recieve to play the game, there are different "jobs" if you will, that a person can play, and the key to winning is teamwork, if everyone plays a medic, it isnt going to work as well as if everyone chooses different classes, or a few of each class ect.

So the classes we have are:

The Medic

The Grenadier

The Rifleman

The Assult Trooper

The Scout

The Heavy Trooper

Ok so you may be wondering what each class recieves, that will be a bit lower in the post, so before i get to that i will post the rules, i suggest if you want to join the games you read the rules, if you break them chances are you wont be invited back to play the games, so read CAREFULLY!!!. Also a note, if you see a dead body, you are free to loot it and take what you want, but no hiding bodies, you will be warned if we catch you hiding bodies.

i. RULES:

1. NO HACKING OR EXPLOITING: By this i mean no running invinibility scripts ect, if we catch you, perma ban city for you, also if while you are playing a game, you find barbed wire or sandbags or what have you please leave it where it is.

2. FIRST PERSON ONLY: This can be used to see over walls and such, we dont want that so we are trusting you to use first person until we find out how to enforce it.

3. DONT TOUCH THE BARBED WIRE BORDERS: If you have a grenade or are in a car or find a tool box, if you can avoid it, dont touch the barbed wire border, dont try to get past it, if we see you we will shoot you and you will be perma banned, it took me hours to barb wire all around cherno and i dont want you screwing with my work.

4. NO ROOFTOPS: the roof of the firehouse is ok, the clock tower is ok, but dont be going on those damn sniper roofs like the big industrial building, thats not cool this is a head on head PVP experience, if you want to get on those roofs and snipe people, go back to regular Dayz and snipe there.

5. NO HIDING: Again we want this to be head to head PVP, if we catch you sitting in a house waiting for someone to come to you, will will kill you and ban you, if you need to hide for a minute while you patch up thats fine, but dont be waiting there for 5+ minutes or we will warn you.

Thats all for rules, follow them and you should have a great time in the games, now onto the games then the loadout system.

THE GAMES:

TEAM DEATHMATCH - Full head to head PVP action, kill the enemy, once the enemy team is dead or your team is dead, the games over.

CAPTURE THE TRACTORS - We put a tractor at the gate of each team, each team works together to get the enemy tractor to their side, first team to accomplish this wins, if the tractor explodes, we will get a new one.

COLLECT THE MOUNTAIN DEWS - We hide 5 mountain dews around cherno and the team that finds the most of them and brings them back to their teams admin wins. Simple as that.

We are also taking ideas on new games, shineys to you if you can give us new ideas.

ii. LOADOUTS

Here we have the loadouts, here you choose what role you want to play, there are 6 to choose from, so look at what each gets and choose what you want from there.

THE MEDIC:

1 MP5A5 w/ 4 clips

2 Painkillers

2 Epi Pens

2 Morphine

2 Bloodbags

8 Bandages

THE GRENADIER:

1 M1014 w/ 3 8 Round Slugs and 3 8 Round Pellets

3 Frag Grenades

3 Smoke Grenades

1 M1911 w/ 6 clips

2 Bandages

THE RIFLEMAN:

1 M14 AIM w/ 2 clips

2 Morphine

2 Painkiller

1 M1911 w/ 6 Clips

2 Bandages

THE ASSULT TROOPER:

1 M16A2 w/ 6 clips

1 M1911 w/ 6 clips

2 Bandages

THE SCOUT:

1 Mp5SD6 w/ 3 Clips

3 Bear Traps

3 Smoke Grenades

3 Road Flares

1 M1911 w/ 6 clips

2 Bandages

1 Rangefinder

THE HEAVY TROOPER:

1 M240 w/ 3 Boxes

1 M1911 w/ 6 clips

2 Bandages

So all in all i find that each class has its own use and its own strengths, i will now explain the role of each class, but please note that if you choose a loadout, please try to make use of all resources, nothing i hate seeing more than a medic try to play the role of an assult trooper.

MEDIC - A person who plays the medic is someone who will listen and follow their teamates, when one is injured they will use their medical supplies to help that teamate get back into the game, should the medic come to fisticuffs with another player he comes equipped with a Mp5a5 to defend himself with.

GRENADIER - The Grenadier is someone who will fight alongside the assult troopers, throwing grenades to both mask the movement of his fellows, and to break up clusters of enemies for riflemen to pick off, or assult troopers and heavy troopers to gun down, he also comes equipped with a M1014 Shotgun should an enemy come close.

RIFLEMAN - The Rifleman is someone who will approach slowely and take careful shots, a rifleman doesnt like to get into the heat of battle but moreover likes to creep around and find a prey, stalk him for awhile before lining up his M14 AIM for a carefully aimed headshot.

ASSULT TROOPER - The Assult trooper is the main calvalry of the team, runs into combat head first spraying all he sees, also dies the quickest or in the hands of a trained professional, can really do the enemy some damage.

SCOUT - The scout hides as he makes his way to battle, placing bear traps in key locations to hinder approching enemy forces, also comes with a silenced Mp5 to stealthily kill others, road flares to warn teamates of locations he thinks an enemy would use to their advantage and smoke grenades to make a quick getaway should he have the chance.

HEAVY TROOPER - The Heavy trooper is a MAN, he comes into battle with a HUGE GUN ready to spray unruley SCUM enemy forces, using his supperior weaponry he can provide cover fire for the assult troopers to move in for the kill.

So all in all i think all the bases are covered, also i will now explain the process of getting into the cherno games should you be interested.

By teams i mean teams of 4-10 if you have less than 4, then find a 4th because if its just 2 of you, then in your Additional information section of your application put your friends names and if i see their application i will send you both the same dates, then you can find a date you both can work with and then reply, another thing, i will be choosing who will be playing based on first come first serve, so its better to message me sooner than later.

Looks like you went through a lot of trouble for this for some reason. You know that vanilla arma is better suited for this right? I mean it's all set up for it and thats kinda the point of arma 2 multiplay. Not sure why you would want to go through all this on a zombie mod when you could have done it much easier on the unmodded game.

Yea but its dayz, the zombies still there, only dayz guns allowed ect, im doing this so people get the teaming aspect of dayz they cant get from days itself, PVP with no hackers or snipers to ruin it, if your into getting hacked and getting sniped, by all means dont join me, im not making a game and trying to get people to leave dayz to play it, im simply taking an aspect dayz is lacking in, and enforcing it so people can enjoy that aspect, if you are interested in trying it out, it will take you 5 mins to write an application and we can get a game going, i want this to last until dayz is standalone, and this aspect is fixed so things like this dont need to exist, but the sad truth is, right now it does need to exist.

And here we come to the trolls, no that game is a hat simulator for kids, THIS IDEA is to take the PVP you cant get from dayz and give it to people in a controlled environment, im not looking for some kid to troll this, you can go right ahead, if the dayz forums are as bad as people say, i have other methods of getting people interested, so if your not going to take this stuff seriously then just leave, you dont have to do this, this is for people who want what i want.

You clearly don't want to play DayZ. You want PvP for the sake of PvP in a controlled environment. You want Arma 2. Custom Arma 2 missions is what you are looking for, with zombie NPCs.

You arnt getting me here, there is no PVP in Dayz, there is hackers and people sniping, what little PVP there is, is just people who sit in one place and wait for people to reveal themselves and thats it, i want real PVP in dayz, where people run through the city and have fun, not sit couped up like a hermit and wait, so im doing that, in a controlled environment, put it however you want, this is what im doing and i already have people who want to do this, and within the next few days one of them is putting a video out, and im going to link it, hopfully that will attract more like minded people.

Maybe if you guys would send in an application to us, you could have some fun. Isn't PvP with having to watch your back when you fire each shot fun? Zombies add to the awesome aspect of the game. The Cherno Games are meant for people to get free gear and not care if they loose it. People will rage for hours if they get shot in DayZ. This is better because you get military grade weapons "handed" to you. Just take some time, people. And also, the private hive is for my server only.
