I have

Intel HD Graphics 3000

Intel Core i5

8GB RAM

And mine runs great, however I do run on low quality. To me the quality doesn't really matter as much because it takes away FPS for needless pixels.

Should do pretty well but remember if any setting is lower than HIGH then it uses CPU and HIGH/VERY HIGH uses the gpu, i have a 560ti and have it @ very high 1920x1080

One more question, is there a big difference between low quality and high quality FPS wise and Pixel wise.

Go to Steam and download "ArmA 2 Demo" whichis really ArmA 2 Free.

If it runs well you have a good chance of running DayZ.

So based on my specs which setting would you recommend?

I probably get 50 fps on low quality and 5 fps on high quality.
