Yes, it's possible to use skins like these: i.imgur.com/1FOyS.jpg

You can make your own, but it can't be too big of a file-size.

Just place it in the directory of: C:\Users\USER\Documents\ArmA 2 Other Profiles

Should be something similar for you.
