Mic Issues ...PLEASE HELP!!! :(

Hey guys never posted anything before so be easy lol

Really the only problem im having is my mic iv never been able to get it to work even tho i hve it configured correctly under my windows control panel the sound comes through my head phones but no one can hear me...when i press the caps lock button i see my lips move (idk if that matters lol) but yea...Iv been told to run it as admin and that it would fix it the problem is is that i use a lil different path....i use ramdisk which is basically a virtual hard drive and i use six launcher and under six launcher under the options i set the mod path to go from that virtual hard drive? plz guys any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Voice chat in game has a radius in which people can hear you, and you cannot hear yourself talk. That may have been obvious, just my attempt at being helpful B)

plug in another out and test again, does the mic work at all on skype, ts, vent etc?
