It seems to be a broken feature sometimes i have spawned on the coast (with a normal temperature) to have my guy randomly cough for the rest of his life, yet sometimes i will be running long distances in the pouring rain and my guy will be fine?

I don't mind the temperature/sickness thing.. But I do prefer having a digital temperature reading and not some vague, possibly bugged graphic thermometer. When the temperature was on the debug screen, I could play at night and in the rain, but had to make sure to take cover when I my temperature got too low (aka got the chills). Now I have no idea what my temperature is!!! I got sick, fell to half blood and couldn't find any antibiotics... Suicided a character for no good reason other than a bugged interface.

You were probably hit by a Z. Raid hospitals for antibiotics. If it gets bad your health will deteriorate until the inevitable conclusion.
