AU 23 Rollback to 1.7.2.4

• To play on DayZ server for the time being, you will be required to downgrade to version 1.7.2.4
  
• This measure was taken to combat the tent and vehicle wiping/resetting problems we are currently experiencing with 1.7.2.5.
  
• It is advised that, when upgrading, you keep a copy of the last@DayZ folder.

the server i play on rolled back to 1.7.2.4 as well as it was causing issues like players getting stuck at loading screen and also the tents/vehicles issue too.

and i would advise people to do the same

After several days of this continuously losing tent items and vehicles upon restart, we can confirm, for our server at least, that this is correct.

Thanks for the information. It would be nice to have an announcement regarding these issues, as there are a lot of servers currently suffering from this.

I get the feeling that outside of posting the changelog and update teasers, they don't really pay much attention to the forums.

this means its not really an official realease and will probably get fixed when it is official

We are aware of the issue and are working on a solution to the problem. I am not sure if reverting to 1.7.2.4 will help but if you do revert your DayZ files, please also revert your Hive file to 0.7.2.

Reverted UK205 to 1.7.2.4 this afternoon and everything is fine, 1.7.2.5 is seriously broken, as is hive 0.7.3

That isn't really an official announcement though. I was meaning something like a new thread in the announcements forum stating that 1.7.2.5 has these issues. Also, it's very misleading considering that the main page/download page is saying that the latest update is 1.7.2.5. I personally prefer manual updating and occasionally DayZ Commander - but never Six Launcher.
