Inept Cheater on Seattle 51

What happened during the incident?

Hacker teleported to one of our group, probably unaware there were 4 of us, bringing an innocent new guy from the shore with him. The guy with no gear said "I'm friendly, he brought me here!" over local voice comms, and then my friends shot them both. We traveled a fair distance away hoping to hide our truck since they surely saw it, but the moment we disembarked the hacker teleported behind us again, this time wearing a Ghillie suit to create a friendly fire hazard for us, and started shooting almost immediately. He was the worst shot EVER, managing to only earn himself a death even with such an awesome advantage. We split up, hoping he was teleporting to only one person and might not be able to follow the vehicle. It seemed to work, he teleported to our guy with low health who was passed out on the ground. He must have thought he was dead because he didn't shoot him, and when our friend awoke he took the opportunity to waste the hacker again. Quite possibly the worst cheater I've ever seen, but still needs to be banned.

I don't know if it helps, but his in game name was Frank according to the death ticker. He was disconnected twice by the server for supposedly losing his connection, but it might have had more to do with his repetitive death streak.
