Looking for a "Caleb Smith" last seen in Electro, met with a "Davidlh" on Electro Hospital

So David is in Skype right now and he's telling me that he met a really nice guy in Electro, then the server restarted and he spawned in Kamenka. The guy's name was "Caleb Smith" and they met on Electro hospital before the server restarted. We want to find him incase he could join our group. If anyone knows where he might be, or if he's reading this thread right now, please respond so we can work something out. And just so we know you're the real Caleb Smith, we have a question for you:

What were the three things Davidlh gave you? Two of these things were item in the game, one was an action that used up an item. If you read this thread, Caleb Smith, let us know cause we would like for you to join your group.
