I am just on top of the hospital in elektro doing my thing when i see a guy run into the police station or offices what ever you wanna call it.. I wait until i have an open shot and fire with my ak. I hit him once but he got away. I wait about 5 minutes and see him scavenging upstairs. This time I want a kill shot so I pull out my M14 AIM and as soon as i reload i accidentally shoot a round and its super loud. Then I see this guy running around the second floor of the police station frantically. after about 5 seconds he just runs off the second floor, breaks his leg, then I shoot him once. This guys thought process is no more advanced than a banana.

I thought I was going to get to hear about some awesome tactics that totally were going to be awesomely mind-boggling cool.

He was probably a new player, who had no weapon and was scavenging. That's a crazy high bandit level you have there bro.
