I wish I had a screenie, but some hacker thought he'd 'trick' players by placing a tent near elektro fire station with some seemingly 'rare' goodies, upon looking I found an item named 'G36C mag...' and yes, it had the fullstops on the end, also had a tonne of other retarded ammo types, what are they trying to accomplish?

I don't know if this doughnut was trying to get people banned for obtaining hacked items or what, either way I lol'd.

I lol'd at your post, you can't get banned for picking up hacked in items from a hacker.

Unfortunately even if the MOD (read MOD not standalone) ever gets out of alpha to beta or even stable state, there will always be the same amount of hackers as they have kind of stated they can't do much about it. So ALPHA is absolutely an excuse for bugs but NOT for the hacking. :)

Nawh, I love this game. A few little kids thinking they're coding masters never hurt, they make the game fun. I'd rather lose end game gear and have to start again, then resort to killing fresh spawners in Elektro ;) Edited August 15, 2012 by Jesters
