HELP! getting error when loading game form steam!

Every time I try to load Arma 2: OA from steam I get this error :addon 'dayZ_anim' requires addon 'CA_dubbing_counterattack

I have tried everything on the forms and yet have no results, i dont understand. this game looks amazing and dont want to declare this game a waste of money. since i have absolutely no interest in playing the Arma 2 without the DayZ mod.Please help, theres gotta be another reason for this error! I manually installed the mod and is correctly done, but still this error. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I wanna get on this game already!!

If purchased through steam, try "validating the integrity of the game cache". Right click operation arrowhead in your library, and go to properties. It's in there somewhere.

did not work but when i did it it said; one file not validated, would that cause this? if so what do i do?
