yep don't even pick it up or you could be banned. I found a hacker on tx4- us 80 with a whole case of spawned german weapons. G36 variants. I didnt touch em with a 10 foot pole

if you could be banned for touching a hacked wepon, hackers would join every server throwing spawnd weps everywhere so noobs would get banned... learn the game dont lissen to rumors...

I like the Idea of a "Trophy". Like, when u kill a hacker and get his G36 or something. But basicly i wouldnt touch that stuff because everyone would asume you as a cheater.

We found an ak with a nade launcher and scope on it a while ago. We took the gun, saved the tent of those guys and dropped the gun somewhere at a random location in the woods. You only get permabanned for "hacking" that stuff into the game not for picking it up.
