Yea tell him to L2 PC xD.

On the serious side. I don't know if it works on a mac. However if you are a gamer then PC is the way to go macs are not designed for gaming. Pass this on to him if he doesn't already know.

It won't. But if you're like me, have him partition at least 100 GB of his HDD to a Windows 7 one with Boot Camp assistant. Install your drivers and you're good to go.
