US 404 and servers spawn issues

I've been playing DayZ for a while on the same server ( US 404 ) but a few moments ago, It wasnt on the list anymore so i just went on another server but i spawned at a completly random place, without any gun, backpac. I was wondering why that was happening.

Same happened to me few minutes ago, 29 dayz alive, but nothing in inventory...first spawned somewhere in nowhere with a broken bone, and then near cherno healthy but with nothing on me..damn.. >:(

we can only hope that this is not permanent and that our characters will be restored to correct state..

And btw, this is not only on one server, its on ever single server i've tried yet
