Bans for hacked weapons?

I am curious, I have killed 2 guys, one with a gold AKS and AS50 with mags, and the other, well, he dissapeared after i killed him for no apparent reason, i know the AKS is a hacked weapon, but what about the AS50? I asked a friend, and he said that you can get banned by the DayZ staff for having one, not spawning it. He said that everyone was crying about it on the forums, which, as of now, I have not found a single complaint, I guess im here to ask if you can be banned for just having it, and not spawning it.

AS50 isn't hacked.. AS50 TWS is hacked. You wont get banned for using a hacked weapon, not unless you are caught hacking it in.
