You can't get a reset. They stopped doing them.

Why do you need one?

I am not sure, but I think if you reinstall your player ID changes (I had problems with an hdd so I had to reinstall everything and i think my player id changed).

If you want to reset it to get you unbanned from battleye, that wont work, they ban cd keys, not player ids.

Some of us are getting an error in which we can't play til our character gets reset..
