Server unresponsive "Waiting for Host", despite being online

Hello, i have a problem connecting to a server (DE 1930), which my friends can perfectly see and play on. I use dayz commander and when it shows the details of the server, the ping is 10000, and the number of players aren't shown, even though the server is clearly online and has players inside. I try with six launcher and it shows the number of players, but it is of no use because it is a patch behind, so something wierd is going on.

Some servers are similar, while others work fine. For example i notice under dayz commander that for servers that i can see (shows a ping and number of players), they display the version 1.62.##### above 1.7.2.5, while the servers that are unrespsonsive don't. I have tried:

Reinstalling arma 2/the expansion

Reinstalling battleeye

Resetting my router

Opening the ports

Pinging the server (not detecting it)

Using dayzcommander/six launcher/withsix

Going back a patch

Disabling my firewall

Really no idea what to do next hence why im here, is it on my end or a dayz problem?. Any help is appreciated, thanks :)

EDIT - Just fixed the problem, i changed my ip address and the servers before are working now DERP :D

You changed your IP? Define 'changed my IP'

Was it an internal routing issue or did you just get assigned a new External Address from your ISP, from their address pool?

Basically i just followed these steps
