We have a few groups and teams that are very active within our community. We're not a clan, just a community of gamers dedicated to group play online. We use TS3 and have over 1200 memebrs within the community playing various games (over a hundred playing Day Z!). There's no requirements or commitments, just simply turn up and play when you want.
