have you reinstalled dayz commander? Are you joining servers with different versions to your install?

In dayz commander, in the settings category you can add on a line "additional startup parameters". Try to add this line on it, it worked for me.

-beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion, -nosplash, -world=empty, -mod=@dayz

Be sure you are on the latest version of DayZCommander (0.9.0.67), and then downgrade to DayZ version 1.7.2.4 and upgrade back to 1.7.2.5 to force a consistency check of your game files.
