No it's not, I equiped a set last night and my big Czech bag pack vanished with all my stuff in it and left me with a coyote pack. I was lucky it was before i hit the hospital. I swapped back in the hope I would get my pack back but it didn't work. Found more Czech packs but I can't pick any up so stuck with an Alice pack and camos I'm to scared to use lol.

Before you put on a camo/ghilli suit, you should drop your pack.

As of 1.7.2.4 when changing skin(happend with camo clothing) your backpack will be removed and you will have the standard spawning bag(Patrol Pack). Witnessed with Ghilie Suit.

I have had no troubles with clothing as long as you drop your pack before doing it. Only other problem I had was ghillies disappearing when joining different servers.

i never needed to drop my bagpack when changing clothes, i do it almost every day, i didnt loose anything or experienced anything strange while doing so.

yeah maybe ive been lucky all this time, my friend changed it. kept his bagpack, everything was fine we played for like 2 hours, he needed to get off, next time login in he lost his bagpack xD
