won't launch mod folder properly

Hi i am new here, and i have been playing this awesome mod for like a week and took a break recently and came back to mod 1.6 and updated it right and everything i replaced the folders by just going back and deleting them all and replacing them.

And every time i launch this mod i get this error message stating that i didn't download a (vehicle/ scope) file, i attached the screen on the bottom from imgur and i just wanna get this problem fixed so i can play because of the awesome update fixes. btw i know about the message when u launch about building file or something .But whenever i try to join a server that's 1.6 it says i am missing files so i know there's something wrong that needs to be fixed and i am fairly sure i did everything right, extracted and downloaded all the files and everything

Looking at the screenshot you are not running Combined Operations. Your just running Operation Arrowhead.
