i have a question and i didnt know where to post this so i posted it here because it kinda makes sense to me.

my question is:

can i get banned for stealing gear from a hacker?

like for instance a hacker spawns a crate with a dmr and dmr mags and i stealthy approach it and steal the dmr with the mags, will this get me banned or?

Not a global ban. BE only bans for running the script but an admin may ban you for having the gear. They are not supposed to but they will.

How is an admin to know you dident spawn the weapon in? He has to check the log files first which takes time and not something he will be able to find out straight away so it's better to ban the person with the hacked in weapon and unban them later on if there innocent.
