Weird happenings

I have full health in apartments on cherno. A friendly runs in the apartments while I am prone in the hall. No shots were fired so I can only assume he damaged me by walking over me by mistake. My debug menu disappears and my hud shows I am bleeding. I try using a bandage and it seems to do nothing. The guy tries to mouse over me to bandage me and it just says "Inspect Body" or whatever that message is you get when you mouse over a corpse. I could walk around and shoot and do all the normal stuff but I could not bandage myself and I have no idea what my blood level is without the debug menu. I am not at a black and white screen yet so I assume its not too bad. Has anyone had this happen before? I left the server and hope when I respawn later I am not dead due to a weird glitch of him walking on top of me.

Only time i could never bandage my mate was because my bandage was not on my tool belt but in my backpack ..tell him to check and make sure he has it in his toolbelt or he will not see the bandage option when rolling his mouse.

Well I myself have 3 bandages in my belt and he does the animation but it did not stop the bleeding. I definitely waited until the animation completed since I am sure someone would ask that.
