Spawning with Bandit Head ware?

So, since 1.7.2.5, with beta 95883. (Because I can't even join servers with any other Beta.) I have spawned on the coast as a new character, with bandit head ware.. And then a few minutes later my character randomly changes back to Civilian Clothing and my backpack appears. Is this normal, or just me.. If so, how does one prevent this?

Then a few minutes later my character gets switched into First person and I go into Third person to find I have Civilian Clothing, with my backpack on my back.

ya that is happening to me too i randomly go into 1st person then i go back to 3rd and my backpack is switched back to the starter one and the headware thing where it switches to regular not bandit only happened in the last server i played not anywhere else so idk what's up with that

i don't know how to fix sorry but it's really getting annoying that i lose my backpack but i can wait for the next update i don't mind

I have fully geared 4 times today just to respawn at the coast, Same stuff bandit headgear when i am +humanity backpack missing etc etc. Mainly losing all my gear and switching outfits regularly.

oh man dayne that must suck sorry but i haven't experienced respawning like that and losing my stuff does it happen on all the servers? and do you just randomly respawn at the coast or is it only when you log in?
