When exactly do Vehicles

As the topic says, Im curious as to when Vehicles reset, If its when a server restarts or if its just when a server actually goes down and stays down for sometime, Or if its at a different time all together.

After a vehicle is destroyed, it may respawn at an appropriate spawn point between 24 and 168 hours. That's from 1 day up to 7 days.

this would be true if the last patch didnt break vehicles so bad that they respawn where they were destroyed on every restart
