Help Please

I know there are other posts on this but I did not see a solution that worked for me..

I get the error "Addon 'dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack'" and then "No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/Citizen1.scope'."

I have the Arma II Free and then OA from Steam. I can not find an addon folder in any of my files. The game was working last night. I updated to 1.7.2.5 using DayZ Commander this afternoon and now get this error.

If it helps, I am an idiot when it comes to computers so please feel free to explain a fix as if you were talking to a 6 year old.

shut down steam

launch steam as administrator

run Arma2

quit Arma2 at title screen menu

run Arma2: Combined Operations (A DOS window will pop up creating/copying files and necessary links)

quit Arma2: Combined Operations at title screen menu

install mod (either manually or through the various launchers)

play the game

Do I need to completely uninstall everything first?
