I am in the High Residental building in cherno, need morphine, blood bag, and epi pen, please. I glitched through the wall (-_-) and landed in the middle of the street with broken legs and im at 5000 blood. I have nothing much on me but I have a server with no people that we can get on.

If you're in Cherno you don't really have any cool gear and should just respawn. If you're in Cherno and you DO have good gear, you're a newbie stomping scumbag and deserve to die cold and alone.

They get scores for rescues made so they are more likely to help you then shoot you in the head and steal all your crap.
