Tip to avoid teleporting air death

Recommended Posts

A few nights ago i was in US 760 all of a sudden a chopper flew over the coast, about a minute later it said the server was hacked- enjoy. Then bam, everyone got teleported to the coast about 50 meters in the air. i Dc'd when i was in the air, joined another server to see what happened. and i was still falling and died. my friend however DC'd right before he hit the ground, he came back into the server and fell the short distance he had left just before he dc'd. so keep your finger on that ESC key when you get teleported.

Interesting. Now I just need to find a hacker. Are they some kind of rare spawn?

Common spawn easier to find than tin cans

I've done this every time I was teleported with that "To the moon, Alice." hack. I hit abort, and hover over the "Yes/Confirm" button. About half a second before I hit the ground, I press abort, and then when I relog I'm prone on the ground, safe and sound. No damage received.

I had this last night, soon as i saw the Alice message i esc-abort. Joined a different server and was in my proper spawm location. Doesn't your char update to the hive every 60 seconds or so ?
