Super low fps with decent rig. Suggestions/tips thanks!

Bet you guys heard this before but im desperate! I find this very odd but shouldn't i be able to play this game at a decent framerate with these specs? i7 sandy bridge 2600k gtx275 4gb ram ddr3..? anyone with similar specs that can run this game at a decent framerate? Also ive tried every tweak i could find with no effects. I tried the config tweaks, i played around with the settings ingame and with the settings in nvidia control panel none of theese tweaks helped. I tried the ''Ramdisk'' solution aswell no changes. It doesnt matter if my settings are maxed or at the lowest settings same fps. Any help is appreciated! :)

Dayum thats hard to read but it seems your gpu isn't that coo' so try setting things to normal or lower and make sure the 3d resolution is either same as the one above it or smaller

Tried that no changes. Could be that my gpu is being bottlenecked..
