"#beclient players" not working on several servers

Tried using the #beclient players command to get the GUID of a hacker we had the name of. When I entered it, nothing happened.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I open up the chat window with / and type "#beclient players".

Nothing comes up. Does it generate a file on my PC somewhere?
