Hello,

First, I'm french, sorry for my bad english.

My suggestion : disable chat in-game.

Create lootable item talkie-walkie. Talkie-walkie have 100 differents channels. Can talk and listen on just one channel. Talkie walkie used for chat and talk.

Enjoy private chat and enventual spy.

Hmm... there is a Mod called ACRE.

But not sure if it is compatible with DayZ
