Red/yellow chain, every server.

So for the first few minutes the gameplay was flawless. Everything ran smoothly, that is, until BattlEye 'Initiated' or something. What it said was something along the lines of:

BattlEye initiated, updated (Version ID)

Server computed GUID: (Random string of numbers)

At that point, a yellow chain (That turns into a red chain sometimes) shows up, and won't go away. Now whenever I join servers or try to join, Everything is super laggy and I get like 3 fps. Sometimes I even get kicked for ridiculously high pings, (1000-1500). Any suggestions? What should I do?

Edit: Successfully joined a server, no chain this time, yet i'm rubber-banding.
