Server US1303 Script Kicking everybody

There was a hacker running around pretty much aimbot shooting everybody, His name was GC. I was not able to get any type of footage but right around the time he logged out everybody on the server got kicked for script restriction #98. Now I can't rejoin the server, Buddy scared the crap out of me by teleporting infront of me and shooting.

But Being the fact I can't get back on the server because of a script restriction? Wtf? I've been active on this server EVERY DAY for over 3-6 hours every day.
