Server error: Player without identity

Wondering what this error means in my server logs :

Server error: Player without identity [X] (id 426236912)

They are still able to connect and play in the server but dont seem to post like normal users do in the console and when I googled the error it was a message associated with bans. Want to make sure its not a banned IP that has foound a work around and is playing in my server.

Dayz version - 1.7.2.5

Arma2 beta ver - 95883

BE version - 1.68

I get those messages when player is logging just when server has been restarted. I have seen myself in that log too when logging in same time as server is restarting...
