Requesting Full Character reset from Debug Plains spawning loop

So I am now respawning in the debug plains after loading for 15 minutes, if I run to the main map and die, I instantly respawn back in the debug plains. I can use the respawn button to suicide and respawn back in the plains.

There is no sound

There is no hunger/thirst (they don't decrease)

I have no gear at all

I'd really like to be able to play the game :/
