Random explosions while driving

So I'm guessing this was a hacker; a friend and I stumbled on an intact Ural and started driving around the fields in the middle of the map, (along roads). After a while there was an explosion more or less on our exact position - no damage, we drove 500m or so along the road when another explosion occured, again more or less exactly on us without damage. At LEAST a kilometre later we stopped behind a building in a town and a third explosion damaged the truck - we got out and aborted.

Clearly not any hand held weapon as accurate M203 shots from a point between the first two explosions are incredibly unlikely, and impossible at the third spot. No helicopter and no other vehicle was around.
