Stuck at loading for all 1.7.2.5 servers

Recommended Posts

Hello, I've recently updated my six launcher for the new patch and everytime I attempt to join 1 of the servers for 1.7.2.5 myself and a few of my friends are stuck at the loading screen. We can still play all of the .4 servers but are curious to why we cannot connect to the new ones. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

Please use the Search function when visiting the forum. It will happily help you find the answers you seek. But because I'm in a good mood...

Version 1.7.2.5 of DayZ Mod is in Pre-release. It is not a release version. SixLauncher is not allowed to patch to 1.7.2.5 until Rocket gives them the Ok.

If you updated to 1.7.2.5 manually, then launched Sixlauncher, the files were overwritten back to 1.7.2.4 because that is the version Sixlauncher supports.

Through using Sixlauncher, you are perfectly able to play on servers using 1.7.2.4

Or you may update manually to 1.7.2.5 and use another launcher or go through Arma2's Multiplayer option.

Does your game actually say 1.7.2.5 in the bottom right?

Try installing the latest arma beta patch aswell.

I've been using DayZ Commander to try 1.7.2.5, but I still have the same problem as the OP.

it doesn't work trough sixlauncher i thought i had updated when i pressed the update button in sixlauncher but no it apparently wasn't 1.7.2.5.

FIX: download dayzcommander and then download 1.7.2.5 from there (file should be 95mb). this fixed it for me :)

DayZ Commander and SixLauncher will not currently update the DayZ mod - only the Arma2 Beta.

You have to manually update your DayZ mod via torrent.

Trying to join a 1.7.2.5 server with the 1.7.2.4 mod will result in being stuck on loading screen.EDIT: DayZ Commander may now update the DayZ mod (see post above)

Search be broke son. I don't know how many times I've searched for certain, common words and had 0 results.

That's why people don't use the search.
